Megan Schimpf, MD

Megan Schimpf received her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Michigan. She completed her residency in OB/GYN at the University of Connecticut and her fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Hartford Hospital. In 2012, she returned to University of Michigan as an associate professor.

Her academic interests include robotic surgery, the role of irritating beverages and overactive bladder symptoms, and new strategies for ambulatory care. She is also interested in health care delivery and the economics of medicine. Her outside interests include traveling, running, sports (Go Blue!) and photography.
