New Menstruation Animation Helps Shed Light on a Touchy Topic

An overview of the development of a menstruation animation for children in an exhibit at the Museum of Science in Boston. The collaborators and creators noticed that girls’ and women’s health was underrepresented in the museum, so they set out to create an exhibit that addressed menstrual physiology and biology using fun images and characters.
