headshot of Kiki ZeldesKiki Zeldes has worked for Our Bodies Ourselves since 1997. For many years, she was the content manager, overseeing the creation of new health and sexuality content for the OBOS website, social media sites, and books. Since the closure of much of OBOS’s program work in 2018, she has focused on redesigning the website so that it serves as a legacy site that features the work, history, and impact of the organization. She also promotes OBOS’s continuing advocacy work.

Kiki was the senior editor for the 2011 edition of “Our Bodies, Ourselves,” and an editorial team member for three earlier books: “Our Bodies Ourselves: Pregnancy and Birth” (2008); “Our Bodies, Ourselves: Menopause” (2006); and “Our Bodies, Ourselves” (2005).

Barbara A. Beltrand

headshot of Barbara BeltrandBarbara A. Beltrand, MBA, CPA, has worked in the audit and accounting (A&A) services since 1997. In that capacity she has performed quality reviews of financial reporting engagements including audit, review, compilation, and other attest and non-attest engagements. Research in support of engagement teams and teaching new and emerging standards has been integral to her professional life.

Ms. Beltrand has overseen continuing professional education programs and taught at local universities and colleges with an emphasis on intermediate and advanced accounting and auditing. She is currently a tenure track faculty member at Metropolitan State University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is also a frequent presenter at seminars and conferences. Ms. Beltrand received the 2010 Instructor Recognition Award from the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. The award acknowledges her service in teaching continuing education.

Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA)cum laude from Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, a Masters of Library Science (MLS) from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Master of Science in Accounting/Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University, also in Boston.

Ms. Beltrand is licensed in Massachusetts and Minnesota as a CPA.
