Janna Zwerner is a nationally renowned disability rights advocate who has worked tirelessly for more than 30 years to promote the independence of all people with disabilities.
She began her career researching and publishing articles on sexuality and women with spinal cord injuries. She served for a decade as the chief of staff at the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and held leadership roles in a variety of not-for-profit service-oriented health and disability organizations.
Janna is a consultant, author, program and curriculum designer, and disability awareness trainer. She lives in Atlanta in relative peace with her teenaged daughter.
