Ellen Friedrichs, MA, is a Vancouver born, New York–based health educator, writer, health coach, and mother of three. She is the author of "Good Sexual Citizenship: How to Create a (Sexually) Safer World (2019)."
Ellen leads a comprehensive health education program for middle and high school students and spent over 15 years teaching in the City University of New York (CUNY) system.
She holds advanced wellness coach training from the Mayo Clinic and is board-certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC).
As a health educator and mom of three kids, I care deeply about ensuring that people have access to accurate and inclusive information about sexuality.
