Marlene Fried

Marlene was the founding president of the National Network of Abortion Funds and the Abortion Rights Fund of Western Massachusetts, and she has worked on abortion advocacy internationally with the Women’s Global Network for Reproductive Rights and Women Help Women. She is a professor at Hampshire College and the Faculty Director of Collective Power for Reproductive Justice. She is currently writing a book with Loretta Ross and Namrata Jacob, RJ-ing Abortion: Abortion Politics through a Reproductive Justice Lens.
