SAGE is a hub for a wide range of advocacy and other services for LGBTQ+ elders in the United States: housing, legal policy, social connections, community trainings, and more. SAGE has twenty-nine affiliates across the United States and a help hotline available in English, Spanish, and other languages.

“I became an activist in my early forties, when I first came out. And over the years, as I’ve associated with SAGE, I’ve realized—and SAGE realizes—that there can be nothing about us without us.”
